They'll be watching matches being played, listening in on matches for keywords being used,they own the rights to the game so they can do this. And im sure theres other means as well. They probably even keep an eye on the players that have high scores bcuz they appear to have the patience to glitch.

How do you share a secret without telling anyone ...LOL
Some people post on youtube so it will get patched ..That way their rank will impossible to beat..At least until a better glitch is found
