Dallas, Texas, was host to the weekend's MLG Pro Circuit. MLG, Major League Gaming, is considered the top flight in competitive gaming and is home to some of the best gamers in the business.

Competitions were held on Halo: Reach, StarCraft II and of course Black Ops.
The Black Ops division was hotly contested as gamers battled it out for a top prize of a whopping $10,000!!

The Winners were Quantic Leverage followed by:

Resistance
Optic Gaming
Ground Zero
Obey
EnvyUs
Twisted Method
Quantic Next Threat

Any NextGenUpdate users play in the MLG? or any other competitive tournaments? or maybe do you aspire to be like these guys?

MLG costs almost nothing.. MLG or sponsors pay for your flight & hotel and your headset etc is provided by them at tournys.. As for gb all you need is a $100 headset but its not mandatory..

I wish I was good enough for MLG. I'm working on getting better. I'm doing Gamebattles and my team was ranked 50th on Modern Warfare 2 recently , but we disbanded because of bad losses (bringing record back up now). We are just starting on Black Ops, too.
