Dallas, Texas, was host to the weekend's MLG Pro Circuit. MLG, Major League Gaming, is considered the top flight in competitive gaming and is home to some of the best gamers in the business.

Competitions were held on Halo: Reach, StarCraft II and of course Black Ops.
The Black Ops division was hotly contested as gamers battled it out for a top prize of a whopping $10,000!!

The Winners were Quantic Leverage followed by:

Resistance
Optic Gaming
Ground Zero
Obey
EnvyUs
Twisted Method
Quantic Next Threat

MLG Pro Circuit will be hitting Columbus in june.

Any NextGenUpdate users play in the MLG? or any other competitive tournaments? or maybe do you aspire to be like these guys?

I would love to get started in MLG, but not only do you need skills, but also money, which I don't have. I would love to go into MLG though.

Yea, same here, I would love to do it. I'm not sure how well I would do under the pressure of live competition.

I am just too much of a tryhard. Yelling and smashing your remote in the middle of competition would probably get me disqualified.

Being MLG pro has gotta be tough though. I mean, you have to have another job and then you have to go across America (sometimes the world) to go to tounee's.

Would be epic to be one though, all the excitement of professional tournee's has gotta be pretty sick =D
