I switch my controller if I'm doing bad.. I usually put on my trittons and play music with my speakers. Nothing like playing some hard music and killing people.

I do that too sometimes, but I also have a habit of pushing X (square on ps3) to skip the killcam INSTANTLY when I die :p

Reloading when its unnecessary like an idiot. Its especially dumb when I do it using G11 ot a gun with Ext Mags.

But on MW2 and now Black Ops, I eat Skittles. No music so I care hear enemies and suppressor sounds.
