You can't noob tube or shoot the china lake for the first 5 seconds I think they should do that with the tomahawk. How can one throw a tomahawk from one spawn point to the other when, you can't even through a grenade that far either.

the chances of hitting a cross-map tomahawk is incredibly slim. A grenade or Noob Tube etc. has a much wider damage radius so you are much more likely to get a kill with a grenade or noob tube than you are with a tomahawk.

If some one killed me in the first 5 seconds of the game with a across the map tomahawk I would send them a congradulations/ Nice hit message and tell them to put it on youtube. No way should they block tomahawk throws for any amount of time.

No most of the time ie takes skill to get a cross map tomahawk kill even if it was just luck i dont mind one bit.

+1, it's very hard to kill with a tomahawk.

Tomahawks can only get 1 kill (unless you have warlord pro or get VERY lucky and get 2+ kills with 1 Tom) where a spawn tube can get you 4 or 5.
Grenade launchers are a lot more damaging.

So let me guess. You got killed by a Tomahawk cross map(A VERY RARE thing) and instead of laughing at how lucky that guy was, you make a thread asking to nerf the Tomahawk???

Not skill really. Simply knowledge of where to throw it and a TON of luck.

the only thing i hate about the tomahawk is the VERY 1st time i tried it i did it. It was on Summit and it was right in the middle of the helicopter spawn point. So the dude got mad and lagged us all out and i didnt get to save it =/ i have never tried tomahawking again
