Why don't you want to create them yourself? That way you don't need to pay anyone, and you have complete control over it's contents, music, effects, etc....

well i would like to create them myself but i dont have a capture card or anything to record with, u cant really get any great video editors on 32-bit computer. and im not that creative. i would much rather just have one person do it for me forever.
