i made it by melee-jumping with sikkel and ballistic knife.
knive repeadeatly x2 while other jumps.(1.ontop tv 2.on box 3.out)

didn capture the first part. couldn do it again by myself.

some hints and tricks just before u begin:

*the last zombie always starts to run+ screams different
*When THE LAST ZOMBIE lost an arm, hand ,finger,.... YOU CANT MAKE IT A CRAWLER!
(kill it with a lander and a new one spawns)
*the good way to melee a teammate, is to aim a little bit next to the person
*for 3 pl = all players crounch-melee. all players aim UP.( close m in good)
*jump+melee exactly togetter to get the best effect.

not trying to h8, but i cant do it, and it hasnt been confirmed and seems suspicious that the 1st part of vid is missing. due to you using splitscreen also, my views are that you deletd the patch or whatever, did the lander glitch to get up there and faked it. But im not going to judge.
