Well there is a VERY time consuming way to upload your clips from theater to your PC.
1. First, Render (Upload) 30 secs of your clip or part of your clip from Theater Mode.

2. Once uploaded, you might have to wait a few mins or hours for Black Ops to publish it on youtube.

3. Download your Video with this Youtube Downloader program (Download Link Below)
You must login or register to view this content.

4. Once you've installed the Youtube Downloader copy the URL from the video you uploaded from Black Ops. (To find your video, search "Black Ops [Insert PSN/Gamertag]" Paste the URL Address in the Youtube Downloader.

5. Download the video with Youtube Downloader. You can make it into any type of file with any type of quality, such as 1080p, 720p, High Quality, etc.

6. There you go, just click "Open Files" and find the video and you can view it and upload it to youtube. If it's only a part of the clip you want to fully show because of the 30 sec limit, repeat the steps but record the continuation of your clip. I think you can combine all your 30 secs clips with Windows Movie Maker to make it look like you actually recorded the whole thing.

This is probably the only thing you can do to edit and upload your clips for montages and stuff if you don't have a Capture Card or HDPVR.
