Text Tutorial:
1) Get an RC Car
2) Dolphin dive onto the table shown in video
3) Go as far into the corner as possible
4) Call in your RC and blow it up in a random spot
5) You should now be in the glitch HAVE FUN!

Tips:
Use Flak Jacket
Use a gun with lots of ammo Eg: M60
Use Motion Sensor (Can't use it in glitch tho)
Don't use silensor (So they know you are there)
Killstreaks you should use: Rc, Chopper, Dogs (Can't Call in chopper while in glitch)
If you use hardened it is easier to kill them
Move back and forth so it's harder for them to kill you

For those who say it's patched, it's not. It's a very easy glitch but if you have any question just contact me
NOTE: Just to let you know you are invinsible and they can't see you. Also, you cant lay equipment while in the glitch
