This Perk Does:

1. When You Aim At A Zombie You Will Direcly Aim At The Head Happy

2.Steady aim!

Aww no way

This will make the headshot-counts to not mean much anymore.. I always love a challenge to see who gets the most headshots and kind of determines who actually knows how to play zombies the right way (unless they have Ray, Thunder, etc.).
