1) first recover a friends account who has bought the maps already. Then go to download history of your friends account and download the maps.

2) then move YOUR profile and copy the maps onto a memory stick.

3) thirdly, plug your memory stick into your pc/laptop and open your profile and maps on MODIO.

4) next copy the profile ids and the other stuff etc from your account. then paste it and overwrite the map ids and the stuff etc. and rehash and resign

5) Finally put the profile and maps back on the memory stick and plug back into your xbox.

Would this work ? :/

No it won't but you can just get them from a site put them on USB and mod that profile...or you can just do the license transfer from you're friends account

Just very simply, this is my situation:

I have a Black Ops US disc, US region Xbl account, but my physical location is Beirut, Lebanon in the middle east... I'm stationed here sadly... So my download won't continue past the 98% because the Xbl server finds an ip location miss-match.

My question is since, clearly i bought the DLC with MS Points, if i copy this DLC that is available for download in the thread, will it work with my account? Or do i still have to use the the thread owner's technique? And is the DLC signed with a gamertag?

Hey man... Thanks for the reply... After downloading the pack from this thread, i injected and copied it to my xbox 360... It shows fine on the HD (no big orange exclamation mark) but in the game it doesn't appear downloaded... Now i though maybe removing the cache, but it didn't help...

I've used VPN before with the first strike DLC, including openxpn, openvpn and many more... I'm lost and i don't know what to do... I don't want to have those 1200 ms points gone to the garbage...

Yeah man lol but I just realized that the Cyber Ghost doesn't work... but I can give you a site to buy VPN from....It cost 10$ a month....

You mean your account doesn;t work, or it doens't work in general? What's the other VPN site you're talking about
