I know psn/ngu bro... at 1st i was like ok whatever few days no psn network but now it's getting out of hand...

I am error
I have a question. Can you only take him down in solo? I was playing co-op and I used my entire hyena infra-dead and he didn't go down. Or is there something else you have to do before you can take him out?

Yes you can him out on co-op... Here is a video showing the NGT People killing him:
