1.) Will I get banned for doing the USB MOD for the DLC?
If yes, What if I only play offline with it?

2.) Will I get banned if I put the Game on a DVD, I read a tutorial somewhere around here about how to burn GOD Games...

ive modded escalation and classic zombies onto my xbox and i havent been banned
and as for the G0D im not 100% but i cant think of anyway they would know lmao

1. only play modded zombies on BO offline. especially with a GPD mod.

2. Are you referencing to a burned game? If so, you'll need a flashed xbox to play the game. But it is safe.
