You will find my in , Playstation 3 section, Then click First person shooter, Then click Black ops, Then click Europe Servers then UK and my lobby is called xLew--

you sure ya set it up right, click the magnifying glass on xlink and then the lil folder icon the box should be blue then you have done it right if its red youve done something wrong

I've put an inet cable in my laptop and from my laptop to my PS3 is that correct?

My laptop is wireless to my modem..

no do it like this:

laptop wired to router,

ps3 wired to router.

I've just joined you on xlink kai but it says Establishing link under youre name.. and most other people i get an ping

you put your ps3 network settings all to automatic?

and when your port forwarding put the ip of the pc/laptop not the ps3

I've already done that .. I've set everything to automatic and have both protocols on my router set to 30000 to 34500 on my laptops IP

Could it be that im on the top floor and i got an router on my room that is connected with an router 1 floor below.. And that router is connected to the modum wich is all the way down..

But i've connected my laptop and PS3 to the router thats in my room.. My PS3 has always been connected through that one and i also used it for wireless for my laptop.. But i cannot conect to it as like 192.168.1.1 or something.. Because i then access the router 1 floor underneath me.

I could only acces the router on my room when im giving it a 100% reset..

yeh just connect it to the bottom router the one thats connected to your phoneline
