Im trying to figure out what I actually did to make him act like this and as soon as I do I will post a tutorial. You can shoot him with any gun, grenades, claymores and get hurt by him and he NEVER gets angry or chases after you, this would be very useful in Co-Op.

Sorry guys I still havent figured this out.
The best I can do is say buy Quick Revive as soon as you spawn, dont shoot your pistol till round 3, keep George out of the water the whole time try to not get hurt by him, round 3 open the boat and buy the MPL, stay up there for a few rounds and you usually get a DM drop on round 4-5 (which is weird cuz the power isnt on yet), unload the death machine on him and take him back to the water. Thats all I do, then randomly sometimes he becomes like this, It's happened 5 times for me now, still havent got it to work in Co-Op though. Try it out though, maybe you guys will have a better chance of getting it to work than me.

I'm gonna investigate some more and try to get it to happen again when I get off work. Fairly useful for solo play. It would be way more useful for co-op obviously.....g
