Cycle through the HQ locations on Launch

Wait until it's at the location in the video

Jump on top of the HQ

Jump up one more level onto the ledge

not really useful. you can only do it in HQ so everyone will be nading the shit outa that place and you will probably die without gaining any real advantage...
