Now before, a few weeks into the PSN outage, I lost my First Strike DLC. And by lost I mean whenever I went on choosing a map, it didn't say 'LC 1' as one of the tabs above. When PSN was shortly on for us CFW users, the First Strike option was grayed out. Now, I purchased this first strike addon, so I want some answers.

Where is my DLC gone, and how can I re-obtain without signing into PSN?

You can't, but PSN store might be up today, so just re-install the activation package?
