Haha , Ive gotten this before but only once... Then it never happened anymore. I wonder what it is... You should read it probably some useful information.

The game skipped usually what causes this as it couldn't read the disc due to it skipping

I get that weird shit a lot. I don't freeze when I get it though, it happens when I move around really fast and it only shows it for a split second though.

Clean you're disk. If not do a quick format but make sure to write down all your account info like password and email.
