On the ps3 settings, go to GAME SETTINGS, turn the PS upscaler off...turn the smoothness on

& experience blacks ops the way it should be!

Lmao don't mean to rain your parade but those settings are for PS1 games.. Never knew Black Ops was for PS1 but okay.
