Most people only play team deathmatch when they are level 1-10 and then move on to Demolition, HQ etc. But this literally may be one of the most over-looked and underrated game mode in CoD.

Reasons it is EXTREMELY good

1. 90% of getting full of low levels, playing against a team of non-prestiges is likely
2. NO campers, I swear there is maybe a camper every 10 games
3. XP, I average 20K a game, and that is about 5 minutes of gameplay. Playing for an hour that means you get 240K XP!
4. Perfect for non-team players, thats right, I'm talking to the guys that play HQ and never capture or people who play demolition and never plant. This game mode is much better for you
5. Challenges come extremely easy, honestly I get at least 2 challenges per game
6. Perfect to play when you are alone! If no friends are on you can easily fit in here because no teamwork is needed!
7. Your KD WILL increase. I went from 2.39 to 2.43 after an hour, and I am 8th Prestige

Cons -

Most of the cons are for the people that just camp and don't move so they don't get as much XP as any other

Try playing TDM next time you log onto Black Ops. I was honestly surprised when I started playing this again in my late prestige.

i agree on everything you pointed out. but i do have to say that #1 is bullshit. well let me explain. if you just go to tdm to play noobs then i suggest you get yourself a new game. i play the game to have a challenge. not to raise my k/d on noobs that dont know no better.

Not under-rated the most people on the game are on this game mode

isnt it hard to actually use higher killstreaks because of the short amount of time you have, I heard theres a lot of campers since theres no objective, so people focus on killing more

Dude your points are messed up ok,
100 points per kill, usually if you do good you get about 30
that is equal to 3,000 XP and challenges will come slower because in HQ I get about 70 kills per game, and a 50 point bonus every 5 seconds
So there is definatly a reason why no one like TDM. Its BAD, you dont level up ever.
But it is good for the K/D and W/L

1, 2, 3, & 5 are all made up or exaggerated.

Been playing TDM since CoD4.

There are plenty of noobs and splitscreen noobs in TDM but I totally disagree and think TDM has more campers than Ground War, Domination or Demolition has. So you can get lots of kills, but there is not any less camping in TDM than any other mode.

Also I have seen more rage quitting(multiple host migrations) in TDM than any other game mode.

i used to play TDM all the time in CoD 4, then hardcore SnD in WaW, Domination in MW2 then i came back to TDM in Black Ops.

I have to play ground war because I only get close to 12-17 kills a game where as ground war ill see about 20-25

I've found that if you take a full party of really good players and put them on the same team in TDM.. let's just say that it's a rape fest.

Killstreaks in the air, UAV always up, spawn killing to the max. It can get boring, but if you have maybe 2-3 friends playing with a few randoms, you can keep it interesting.
