Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4

and Save and test connection.. Then go to your roughter firewall page( It is usually 192.168.1.254) If it isn't then go to
CMD , type in IPCONFIG then go to "Default Gateway" then get the IP and type into your browser... (Unplugging and replugging also might work instead of rebooting)

and Reset your roughter ..
Mine went from 14 seconds per megabyte to 1.5 seconds per megabyte.. Try it , It worked for me

I didn't get this part.

Type 192.168.1.254 into your web browser , if you get an error, then go to CMD>ipConfig then see the "Default Gateway" and put that IP into your web browser. It will take you to the firewall page of your router.

Where is Default Gateway

You must have a super slow speed to the store :/

Also changing your DNS won't speed up your net >_> or downloads.

When I put the IP into the browser, it comes up as You must login or register to view this content.

thats your default gateway only yours take it off so people dont get confused, the default gateway is the ip to access your router from that internet, no one here will connect to that ip. they need to go to CMD

type ipconfig and type their default gateway
or
routerlogin.net.

and you dint answer my question why do i need to access my router.?

No the dns is just to bypass some traffic, so your download ticket is in front of others.
