1) Download Net Tools 5
2) Open up Net Tools. Go to the start tab, then go to Network tools, then find UPD flooder.
3) Use 27.27.27.27 for the IP Adress. You will see a speed tap under the Start and Stop for the UPD flooder, change the speed to 10.
