How is he not banned? Or is there a new hack?

Pretty sure he reset his cod points then deleted and installed the patch after he did the eboot hack.

it would of been a CT Glitched account, i did exactly that and still got banned eventually..

its cool..but the very first game i went with him into people were like YOU HACKER!! etc

and that was only from 1 game i was ever in with him.. he must get reported alot?!
