Post: playing black ops on both systems and keeping an open nat on both at the same time

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I play black ops on both Xbox and PS3 and I play wireless I am trying to find out how I can get open NAT for both at the same time. as of now I have port triggering or forwarding and when I change the console I am playing on I have to change the IP for these ports to get open on the other. I am trying to DMZ right now for one and port forward for the other, but I do not like DMZ as I feel its unsafe.

Are there any other options to avoid changing the IP and adjusting anything to keep getting an open nat when I switch from PS3 to xbox or vise versa. thanks in advance.

Hey, well my sugestion is to indeed port foward the system using one IP and put the other system/IP in DMZ ...
I know it's unsafe for any other sytem (pc etc) but since your putting your X-Box/PS3 in DMZ it is not really at risk ...

All DMZ does is allowing your system to "communicate" through ALL ports ...
I have my PS3 in DMZ and my brother (same house/ IP) has his PS3 setup with port fowarding ...

Your choice though Winky Winky

Error… Cat invasion!
Use 2 routers. That's they way I do it... I've set the DMZ on the router that plugs into the phone line and I have the playstations plugged into the other router. It keeps the nat open on all 3 playstations.
