Just because you have a video of it Happening to you once doesn't mean it's 100% true, if he says he got the perk and wants to claim your post is bullshit then he has every right too. I've gotten quick revive after I bought it 3 times from the machine and then killed george and got it again.

yea ok but it happened now 3 times to me that i didnt got the 4. quick revive from george...that s why i posted a video to proof it!!
and if he or you claims that he or you got it then he or you should post a video to proof it cuz i m sure that you wont get it!!!
