Anyways, this is for the PS3. My black ops has suddenly stopped working, I can boot it up to play Campaign or Zombies fine. When-ever I boot up Multiplayer, just get a black screen and unable to get to the xmb by pressing the PS button.

I also deleted the patch and re-installed the 2 DLC's which didn't have an effect.

What's wrong?

There could be a few things.

Try to wait it out. Powercycle your Router and Modem (turn off for 30secs then back on). Make sure you do this with Ps3 OFF.

Restart Ps3, then try again.

If that doesn't work. Copy all your saved data from Black Ops onto a USB, then delete it off Ps3. Then try, see if that works.

3arc hates Ps3, so I wouldn't be surprised if your not the only one with this issue.

Still having problems with the loading, man this is getting annoying.

What the fuc- - Still black, even when i installed both DLC's. Taking the game to local game shop to see if they can figure out the isssue

I had an issue very similar to this. The way i fixed it was time and there was no other way that i tried which worked until eventually it loaded.
Something that worked for me was signing in on a different account :confused:
