(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello boosters. I've created this thread to help out people with only one controller who's looking to boost. In most cases, to boost, you'll need 2 controllers and this would prevent the 1 controller players from boosting. If you follow my steps, you'll be able to boost with only one controller. I'm not the one who figured this out, my friend told me about this and I want to tell you. If you have two controllers, dont pay attention. To use one controller as two do this:
1. While in the party, press and hold down the PS button for a few seconds.
2. Click controller settings
3. Reassign controller to #2. This will make your one controller the #2 controller.
4. Sign in w/ the 2nd controller, do this by pressing "x". Now it shows that you have 2 people(you and the splitscreen 2nd controller).
5. Now after the 2nd controller is on and signed in, reassign the controller back to controller #1.
NOTE: now you're done but every 5 or so seconds, you'll get an annoying message to reconnect controller #2, all you need to do is press "o" each time it comes up. It will not come up while in the game, only while in a party and pre-game lobby. BUT when you get into the game, DO NOT forget to pick a class for the 2nd controller. Just reassign it back to controller #2 pick a class and then you're all set. You dont need to play on controller #2 but you'll need to have a class or you'll be getting kicked.
