(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So, I did the 16th prestige glitch on my XBL account and i guess I got banned for being 16th. But When I went to multiplayer, it said "The persistant rank data has been corrupted, Your rank has been restored to the most recent back-up : 16th prestige Level 50."

So right now I have 1 hour left until I am "granted access" to play multiplayer, so we'll see how stupid Treyarch really is. :dumb::dumb::dumb:

Just to let you guys know i am still 16th.
I think i know how i got corrupt data. i got banned unknowingly and then i changed my gamertag THEN went on black ops only to find out that my rank was corrupt and it was restored to 16th 50.
So if you change your name, Then go on black ops, i have a feeling you will get corrupt data as well.

The game deserves its own word, a word worse than "fail". This just gets me thinking how stupid treyarch really is. FFS im 16th 50 and they RESET me, but then the game un-resets me. Its ****ing pathetic how stupid they are.

They aren't stupid in the slightest. They made the game unable to be hacked, that itself deserves credit. This is just a small glitch probably, and it doesn't affect game-play, so it doesn't really matter, and wouldn't class it as a 'fail'.

I wouldn't say any game developer is 'stupid', it's hard to prevent these things, and small glitches like these are sure to happen.

nope, but i know how to do the glitch, i discovered it by accident with a friend when he gpd hacked to 15h ages ago
