I know the MPL is under a second when you use Dual Mags and sleight of hand... so I'd assume its pretty fast even without.

The commando has the fastest reload time without dual mags or sleight of hand in the assault rifle class.

The Spectre is the fastest reload so is the kiparis

I would recommend Dual Mags as well...almost instant first reload, shoot 1 bullet and reload again and you'll have the taped magazine back for another almost instant reload again...i do that if i dont want to use SOH, which i use a lot myself
