Well, people have been making things that its the IP Address or Mac Address or something. I know that it is none of these.

How i came to this conclusion:
First off... I changed my IP Address on the PS3 and the Mac address on Black Ops but i am still banned. Ive had a new internet router from a complete different internet company so everything is different and guess what, IM STILL BANNED. So there is nothing else left to do?.

What im thinking is that they are banning us like SONY console ban you, They get your PS3's Serial Code, and they ban that serial code from their Black Ops online Multiplayer Server and Zombies Online Server. So the only way around it is to get onto the other server for Black Ops that is about or find a way that you can change the Serial Code for your PS3 which will include a load of techinal stuff im thinking.. or the easier alternative option.. Buy a new PS3 .

okay i can safely say that, buying a ps3 will work and u WILL beable to play on that account. because i was stupid and made an account called ILAGSWITCG4P-S-N and ILAGBOOST4P-S-N which means i lag switch for like an hour and the next day i was perma banned. on all of my accounts even my main account. soooo i went on my dads ps3 and got onto my account and what do u know i wasnt banned and was able to play on it. so now im selling my ps3 and just gunna play on my dads for now :p so if i were u id sell ur ps3 and get a new one and u should be fine

i got 2 ps3s, my banned 1, the disc drive ****ed up so its just sat there

I think they went a little over the top with the banning...

Wow this thread is full of failure. Every one of you are idiots.They ban your CONSOLE ID and there is no way around it. You used to be able to change it but sony patched it so that every CONSOLE ID has to be legit and registered.There is no way to change your mac address, that is like changing your street adress. They are permanent. Howevee, there are ways to SPOOF them, like taking your adress off your house and changing the numbers. Your adress is still the same, but you made it look different.You cant spoof mac address on a playstation. Theres no way around it besides that 15 minute byass.
