Maybe, someone hogs the internet at night. I turn off all connections to the internet when I turn on my PS3

You can just get a better internet provider. :p

No friggin' way dude. I've had this problem for like 6 months. I called my ISP and they said there is no problem. They're a bunch of assholes though. I really do not know what to tell you. Everyone who is also using my ISP around town who plays games has the same problem. Mine is exactly around 150 just like you at night and 30 in the mornings. It really does suck and makes it nearly impossible to consistently do good at night. I hate it.

I'm used to it, I live out in the middle of nowhere in Ireland. I'm lucky I even get internet :/ So I make sure nobody uses the internet when I'm on PS3 . Most do play PS3 at night maybe it's because there are so many people online?
