Things you need:-
A PS3 on cfw (tested on kmeaw but should work on others)
A Uk/Euro rip of COBO ID BLES01031 updated to 1.07 thru 1.09 (1.10 will not work)
A USB thumb drive or HDD formated to FAT32 with at least 2g free space.
A PC and the ability to read.

1st dl the WaW blk ops maps bles .pkg from this site or from:-

(Whats inside the .rar: xReg plus .pkg, xRegistry Editor.exe (PC App), act.dat and EP0002-BLES01031_00-CODBLACKOPSDLCZ1.rif )

So here we go: First create a new user on the PS3 and name it something easy to remember and log in as that user. Next copy over the W@W .pkg to the root of the USB. Extract the activation crack .rar to the root of USB also.(or extract it and copy it there)

Use the USB port furthest to the right (closest to the HDD light).
Next you should install the W@W. pkg and the xReg plus .pkg to your PS3.
Once thats done run xReg plus (USB still connected). And press select to backup your xRegistry.sys to the USB.When thats done take the USB back to the PC.

Next copy the xRegistry.sys to a safe place as a backup copy. Now run xRegistry Editor on your PC.Open the xRegistry.sys on the USB.Click the settings tab to sort and widen the settings tab so you can see the directories completely.Scroll thru until you see the name of the new user you created in the VALUE column.When you find that make note of the directory in the settings column.It will be setting/user/0000000x/.....(x is a number) This is the user number for the account you created. We will only make changes to this user so make sure you get the number for the new account correct.

Now that you know the user number scroll until you see setting/user/0000000x/npaccount/accountid. On the right change the VALUE to 486cc1ba7d05141b Click save and verify it changed in the VALUE column. Now scroll until you see setting/user/0000000x/ytaccount/accountid. On the right change the VALUE to 486cc1ba7d05141b Click save and verify it changed in the VALUE colomn. Once this is done save the changes by clicking file>save ...not just the save button! Now you should have the editied xRegistry.sys on your USB.

Back to the PS3, hookup USB and run xReg plus again. This time press start to restore. When its done you need to do a complete reboot.

Now use your fav file manager to browse dev_hdd0/home/0000000x. (The same number user as before.) Create a folder there called exdata, then Copy the act.dat and the EP0002-BLES01031_00-CODBLACKOPSDLCZ1.rif inside of dev_hdd0/home/0000000x/exdata Done! Run BO and enjoy the DLC!
Please note that the PS3 deletes the act.dat every shutdown so you will have to re-copy act.dat each time you want to use the DLC. A small price to pay. HAVE FUN!!
