(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); this is only an idea but it should work because your getting forced into a barrier which cannot cope with 2 bodies pushing against it and making you fall under the map or through an object,so heres how to do it(text tutorial):

1.get a friend in the lobby with you and go found a fake dummy position on the map(fake dummy = when you push up against a wall it makes you look up or shakes your screen rapidly)then get your friend to push you into this dummy position and it will force you into the wall or under the map depending how strong the floor barrier is,but it should work because treyarch layed down a clip_player barrier which if it has been breached on hazard it can be breached on any map,heres what it looks like from the glitch on hazard:
