Black ops - UK championships / Call of duty XP

Since the announcement of call of duty XP event in LA and the $1 million dollar prize fund of the call of duty tournament at first there appeared to be no chance of any of the UK gamers getting a go.
But that has changed.
On August 7th Call of duty will be hitting Sound Nightclub in London’s Leicester Square for a UK championships tournament.
There will be 32 teams, some of which will be invited whilst others have to sign up, each team containing 4 players as they battle it out for a chance to win an all expenses paid trip to LA to Call of duty XP and to compete in the tournament for a chance to win $400,000 !!
Only 1 team will be victorious and this would be your moment to shine. As usual you must be over 18 to enter this amazing opportunity (sorry kids). Also at the event will be Call of Duty Elite which will give players an analysis of the tournament and their match performances.
Other countries
If you live in the US there is still a chance to get invited to Call of duty XP and a chance to play in the tournament by grabbing a tournament code by pre-ordering Modern Warfare 3 at a GameStop store or by logging on to their GameStop PowerUp Rewards profile. Once you register your code at the Call of Duty website you will then have to score highly on Black Ops' Team Deathmatch, Domination, or Free-For-All between August 6 and 7. Doing this may result in you being invited to participate in the event.
Or if you are attending Call of duty XP on September 2 there will be a final chance to enter the tournament.
There are additional online qualifiers running August 5-10 for those participating in the Call of Duty Elite beta test.
If you live in germany there will be a chance to enter the tournament at Gamescom Expo in Cologne, August 18-20, as Germany's qualification venue.
This is your chance to show your skills and get a chance to win a share of $400,000 !!
If you dont win the event there are many other prizes available within the $1 million prize fund.
