This is to cfw users who have the BLUS version of the game on their HDD and need to convert it to BLES in order for the map pack to work. It is very simple, you must firstly delete any black ops patch from your ps3 in the game data section. (If you have purchased any map packs legit from psn store, they will be deleted but not deactivated, meaning u can convert back to BLUS and download the pkg for whatever map pack you had) Ive tested this on 2 consoles successfully.

here are the 2 files you will need to overwrite on black ops.
"Call of duty black ops
Versions EURO BLES01031

After you do that you will notice the game will give u an error when trying to boot, to fix it just download the update for black ops in BLES01031

Now you black ops is converted to BLES01031 and you can go ahead and do the exploit to get the waw zombie maps

why when i try to convert to bles01031 from bles01032 i have a black screen?

Use an external hdd to back up black ops. takes up 16gigs
