GENERAL KNOWLEDGE

1. Check your corners, there might be a camper.

2. Look both ways when in open terrain.

3. Stop every few steps be listen for foot steps or enemy noises.

4. Know your maps, the main traffic area's flank them and get kill's.

5. Don't be a sheep and follow the herd you will get more kills if your not seen.


PERKS

1. Hardline / making it easier to get your kill streaks.

2. Sight of Hand / For quicker reaction time when surprised by a rusher.

3. Ninja / It is all ways good not to be heard by the enemy [ people with turtle beaches will hear you ]


KILL STREAKS

1. UAV / When used with hardline [ 2 kills ] it is like having a constant radar on the enemy.

2. Counter UAV / When used with UAV and hardline [ 3 kills ] you have the advantage seeing the enemy
while they can't see you-

3. Attack helicopter / While it is not the best kill streak generally it will irratate the best players in the
lobby and they will try shoot it down slowing them and allowing you to clean up the less expieranced players.

FOR ALL YOU SNIPERS [ Requested Sublimity ]

PERKS

1. Ghost / So anyone who has a UAV up won't be able to spot you and is great
if you use a silencer with your preffered sniper.

2. Sight of Hand / Great for those fast needed reloads.

3. Last Stand / Reason for this say you come up against an enemy while you are changing
Sniping position he surprise Downs you, you have a chance to nulify his kill by killing him.



So this is my general style of game play i hope you guys like it and thanks if you have viewed my thread.

i picked up most of these strategies from older fps games. especially never follow the herd. my team would go one way and i would go another and come around nehind and see the enemy team and my team in a gun fight and then i could easily kill them. i usually got the most or second most kills in a game doing this.

i dont agree with using last stand, personally i think it is a cheap perk and whenever i get in a close up battle i find myself shooting at there legs just in-case they have last stand.

like others said blackbird is much more useful for your team than helicopter. i usually run spy, counter-spy, and blackbird and then the rest of my team gets there choppers and dogs off of my support killstreaks.

Well you have good point in using a black bird but i play with randoms all the time so
i use a helicopter but it is just up to the person thanks for the feedback.

You said Last stand was cheap but if you think about it Black ops sniping is so bad
compared to mw2 you kinda need it as you can't quick scope would you not agree ?.

i dont quick-scope so it doesnt bother me. but i also dont camp in one spot with a sniper i still move around and provide cover for my team and go for the objective. i just look at it this way, if i dont like it when other people use something then i wont do it to them.

Okay look at it this way you are playing with randoms which most people do, a random
guy that doesn't now you won't cover you why would he.

Secondly you are playing a war game yes, ? so in all honestly do you think a United States
sniper would run around the battle field in real life ?.

You will say well its only a game, fine i'll agree with you there still i don't see a point rushing
with a sniper and its not camping !

A sniper is supposed to stay still and wait for his target to come into his scopes not run towards
the enemy, Oh with a bolt action rifle / when they have an automatic machine gun seriously.

But that's your opinion your entitled to it.

i just get bored if i sit in one spot in a game. i dont quick-scope but i still hardscope while covering my team. if i want to play as a real sniper i go and play bad company 2.
i tend to try to play with friends if i can. i get pissed dealing with idiot teammates that dont go for the objective and care about kills.

See that's what i mean i, and many other people play with randoms so they do not usually
cover you so that's the point i was trying to make.

And yea BF2 is better for sniping but you have to take into consideration other peoples
style of gaming but i appreciate your thoughts cheers.

Thatss my setup :O well for perks in game modes like domination and all and I dont like to use Attack Dogs and Gunships because I usually always die 1 kill before I get them -.- So i stick to 3 4 and 8 but I do run flak jacket with tac mask pro it does wonders in headquarters :O
