once there scroll down and search for your routers name.
If and advertisement pops up just click skip at the top right
Then on the next screen scroll down under the P section until you find "PS3 Call of Duty - Black Ops"
Click it
Then follow the guide for your specified router.

Go on Modern Warfare 2, play one game, then go back on Black ops, and it'll no longer be strict. I shit you not, it works.

It's what I do every time a mate of mine comes online, as we usually can't connect (both strict)
