No ones got it yet, to my understanding.

As the guy above says, xbox will probably get it first as they have all kinds of deals with activision.

Why would Xbox receive it first? This is a web-based universal stat tracking service. It isn't Xbox specific, and from my understanding, all users will be able to check each others' stats regardless of console.

That's a nice feature, so PSN users can check their Xbox friends out, directly from their PS3?
