Yes without ammo. But for both guns cause I had a galil and had 1 clip left and it didn't work so it has to be no ammo for both guns.

to maby buy all 7 perks.

i done it a few times when i had 3 perks i did the glitch and tried to go buy another but it wont let me so i knifed and i tried doing the glitch for the 5th perk and it wont let u buy it sooo yea i dont think this will help getting 5 or more perks!
