I am able to confirm this working 100% on the ps3. I dont have an xbox 360 so i cant try it on xbox 360. To do this easy lag switch:
step 1: Be host in any game type
step 2: Let game load so you are on the map. Works even during countdown
step 3: Press start to bring up pause menu
step 4: press triangle to load up friends list
step 5: press circle to exit out of friends list.
step 6: repeat steps 3-5 rapidly

As long as you are host, the lag switch will work every single time. Have fun

Man, I get pissed off while playing wager matches. A lot of people are using lag switch and I don't win any money LOL

This is kinda helpful only in zombies if you're trying to do a glitch in their.. On Multiplayer it's only like a 2 sec lagg lol.
