I am able to confirm this working 100% on the ps3. I dont have an xbox 360 so i cant try it on xbox 360. To do this easy lag switch:
step 1: Be host in any game type
step 2: Let game load so you are on the map. Works even during countdown
step 3: Press start to bring up pause menu
step 4: press triangle to load up friends list
step 5: press circle to exit out of friends list.
step 6: repeat steps 3-5 rapidly

As long as you are host, the lag switch will work every single time. Have fun

i never get host in this gypsy game but when i play mw2 im always the host, is it a bug?

No, Well Kinda, its a way to make people lag but without the need for a switch but its not that good because your exposed.

Since your the host and your opening the friends list it takes internet and hence making lag for other players but its just to piss them off because you wont be able to kill them and at the same time make them lag.

You're a moron if you think that's a lag switch. All you're doing is creating lag. It affects your team and the ememy team, so unless you're playing FFA and sitting in a corner jacking off with ghost pro and a silenced galil, what you'd be doing would be pointless.

The best way to pull host is to have a decent connection, preferably WIRED with your search settings set to locale only. Also, opening up your TCP/UDP ports and setting up DMZ for your PS3's IP address will help out. I pull host 90% of the time, and I've only got the most basic Comcast cable service.

I get host 99% of the time without doing all that shit bro (y)
