i was watching this earlier of a breakdown and he didnt mention the new perk i saw at 1:16. i think it may make it so when your downed u wont bleed out as fast cus it looks like last stand. what do you guys think?

A good perk would be one where if you go down and get revived, you get to keep your previous perks. It should be a high price though.
