but your friend must delete the upadate BLACK OPS and run the game with no update and connected the ps3 RETAIL FW3.70 with a xlink kai and your friend can join you in LAN or host a game but it's not a modded Multiplayer (multiplayer retail...)
You have a possibility join your friend in retail fw3.70 but you don't have the DVARS ...

tuto:
1) install update 1.02 BLES01031
2) Using FileZilla , go to Dev_hdd0 ---> GAME ---> BLES01031 ---> USRDIR ---> Replace EBOOT.BIN with folder maxX88230
3) Run the game
ps: Don't work with a psn, just for the fun ...
Question:
I don't have a PS3 jailbreak ... (just PS3 Retail FW3.70) I can join the modded Multiplayer V2 ? Yes connect your PS3 Retail FW3.70 with XlinkKai and delete the update 1.11 , run the game and join your friend....
Possbility host modded MULTIPLAYER V2 in FW 3.70 ? NO the EBOOT.BIN ,Work just in PS3 CFW 3.41 Rebug or CFW 3.55.
IN FW 3.70 Just a possibility join a modded MULTIPLAYER V2, WITH NO UPDATE but by the xlink kai …
NO RISK BAN BECAUSE YOUR ARE NOT CONNECTED WITH A PSN BUT BY THE XLINK KAI….
