When you need to get down from a high ledge or cliff, dolphin dive and create lag by pressing start+triangle. Do it when you are fairly close to hitting the ground; don't do it immediately or you'll just die. It only works if you aren't host. I've tried this on that tower on array, the cliff on jungle, and have managed to glitch myself outside the map in launch. This could be a way to access areas outside of some maps too.
