I think its a typo. Thats why i didn't say anything about it. We have always known that Der Riese means The Giant. Its full name in German is Waffenfabrik Der Riese. (The Giant Weapons Factory) I have the four "re-mastered" maps on black ops and have been playing Der Riese since W@W. 3arc didn't change a thing in terms of how the map layout is or the easter eggs in it. About the only thing 3arc changed was the graphics, barriers, and weapons from the mystery box. Thats it.

The video released today had it spelled R I E S E so they just had a typo that they didn't want to admit.
