I just did a little research on it(as I'm sure you have), and to my understanding they will have a free and a pay service. If you pay you'll get "state-of-the-art services, exclusive entertainment programming and all-inclusive game content" in addition to the free stuff. The premium fee will be around $10USD per month as you said.

pretty much however there are a few more stats that you can obtain. Like how many kills with a certain weapon attachment. Lots of cool stuff.

not bad for free service

for free this is not bad, but not nearly worth paying for. I can only see it worth paying for since you get map packs for free with a subscription BUT only really worth it if they release 4/5 like treyarch did that way you will get your moneys worth.

as everyone says it aint even worth paying for, just them trying to get more money out of people
