That's pretty cool. But the question i have is am i able to use the hacking device well still surviving without my oxygen mask on in certain areas of the map? i tried it a few minutes ago and it seems like the hacking device trades in your oxy mask when you equip it.

i find that strange that people can use the hacking device on mystery boxes. However. there's not a single one nearby the hacking device unless you go outside in which case you die from lack of oxygen.

Simple answer: No it is not possible to equip both space suit and hacking device--well to my knowledge it isn't.
You will always have just enough time to hack something without dying from lack of oxygen.

i doubt that. i usually die within seconds of tryna hack a box and receiving my weapon for 600 points.

You can change Mystery-box location to spawn room or Biodome with hacker. It requires 1200 points to change box location. If there is oxygen You don't die by hacking the Mystery Box in Spawn room and Biodome. There is no oxygen at first in spawn room , but will be restored when power is turned on and no grenades have broken the windows. Don't throw grenades to the top and near the window. Grenades can shatter window and all oxygen will escape. Also, At Biodome there is oxygen, but it can be removed by an excavator. Excavator "Epsilon" basically decompresses Biodome. But you can always hack an excavator before it breaches.

If you have Jug you get some longer time out side, plus just have no perks and get someone to revive you when you do go in to revive mode, this way you can hack guns, perks and the outside boxes

nope i hack the box fine, the one by the power and the one with mule kick, i can hack all boxes fine

i would stick with using the hacker in the bio-dome and make sure you keep stopping the excavator so it doesn`t breach the dome :y:
