This is what you want to do max88 :
NPDRM keys (used for MW2, Black Ops, etc. updates) are different then appldr keys (what we have for 3.55).
If you want to get the appldr keys, then use Progskeet to dump your NOR while your on the newest version, then use the root keys that geohot gave out to decrypt it. After that, use a hex editor to find the keys for metldr, which contains your console-specific keys with the random number. plug it in to the equation to find appldr keys.
NPDRM keys (used for MW2, Black Ops, etc. updates) are different then appldr keys (what we have for 3.55).

well that is your own PS3 specific ones not anyone elses.
so I nor max88 or anyone else can use your keys.

Hopefully when/preferable a little bit before MW3 is released, there will be some kind of XP modification, cl or anything something like that for the PS3.

Since when is that the metldr keys?
That just shows the metldr version.
You should do your research first before misinterpreting the news.

Break the chain of trust before or at metldr, and you are where we are at right now on 3.55, but on newer firmwares.
Also, unhackable PS3's (like metldr.2 over there) aren't unhackable, just not downgradeable. As you may know, 3.70 has new keys, but not just appldr keys (every firmware has a different one), but NPDRM keys as well. It goes like this:
There are the same NPDRM keys until jailbreaking occured. Sony changes the NPDRM keys about every major firmware release (3.60, 3.70, etc.) which is why we can still play games signed with the "3.56 keys" and if a newer version was jailbroken, than maybe a couple of firmwares after that too. You can decrypt the NPDRM selfs using something like graf's payload for 3.41, but only for the games and updates that uses those keys.
Also, this is one of the first consoles that we relied on the keys for hacking, so we are really looking at it all wrong. We need exploits, not keys.
EDIT (I lost count): monkystyle is half right. The metldr keys are console specific, therefore, if those really were your keys for metldr, no one except for you would be able to use them. Where he was wrong is that those aren't keys.
