Here's how ya do it:
Go to firing range
Go to the moving targets (by Bomb A in S&)
Throw a smoke next to the target
Then it'll start moving really fast back & forth

Haha useless or is it?
You can flank people in S& while they stare at it lol

I did this on accident when there was a host migration :fa:
