(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); For many boosters, being banned multiple times results in being banned from participating in the leaderboards. ( It happened to me ) But, I have a trick that will benefit some of us. So before I get to the tutorial, I need to elaborate further. The bypass itself only last for around 9 minutes, not much time at all, so it's no good for trying to compete in the leaderboards as normal. But, you can reinstate your all time leaderboard position from when you got banned. So if you where ever high up, all time, there is a chance of getting back there and quickly.

If you have been leaderboard banned, there are 3 possibilities:

1 - Your name has been removed from the leaderboards, only.
2 - Your name has been removed, and games played across all leaderboards have been reset to 0.
3 - Your name has been removed, your all time score per minute has been removed, but the number of games played remains the same.

There could be more possibilities, but these are the three that I have discovered. You will find out how to tell what has happened to you in the tutorial.

TUT

First thing is the actual bypass, which I take no credit for finding.

1 - Load up multiplayer.
2 - Wait until the black loading screen has loaded, you are now at the multiplayer menu.
3 - You should see "reading HDD" in the corner, press your ps button, go to account management and press triangle.
4 - As soon as "reading HDD" disappears, hit sign out and sign back in.

You have bypassed the ban, you now have around 9 minutes until it goes back to normal. You can also do this whilst your account is banned.

Now you want to go check what's happened to your leaderboard scores, so go look at the all time boards. Like I said, there should be 3 possibilities. But at this point there are 2, it should either say that you have 0 games played ( or maybe like 1 or 2 ) or it will be blank. If it's blank, you need to update the leaderboard by playing a match but you only have around 9 minutes so I just joined and backed out. Now you can see if your old score remains the same or not.

When I did it, I was straight back in the top 100 on demolition.

I know this isn't a widely beneficial glitch/trick, but there are a few people that may find use from this or find another use from this.

Any problems or anything that doesn't make sense, please ask and I will help.

EDIT: If your score remains, you can play/boost whilst your leaderboard banned and every so often do this glitch/trick to update your score/kills.

Yet another Black Ops fail.

From what I understand, it's the same as reset deaths. But you gotta lose the match and quickly get kicked and sign out. I think anyway.
